This traditional snack is individually wrapped with banana leaves and then charred to infuse the leaves flavour into it. This snack is cooked with aromatic spices and herbs and that's what makes it super delicious. This savoury snack is one of my favourites and it has to be paired with homemade prawn chillies oil.
