Eric joined HTLF in 1999. Throughout his career, he has analyzed businesses' qualified
benefit plans. In this role, Eric helps companies reduce their liability, simplify their plan
administration, align their organizational objectives with their plan provisions, prepare
their employees for retirement, and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities to periodically
perform due diligence on their retirement plan service providers. Additionally, Eric supports
the business development officers for HTLF Retirement Plan Services.
Tom Zenoby
HTLF Retirement Plan Services
Tom has more than 16 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Before joining
HTLF Retirement Plan Services in 2021, Tom most recently served as Retirement Sales
Division Manager at ADP, Regional Sales Director at Protective Life, and Regional Sales
Director for Jackson National Life. In his role with HTLF Retirement Plan Services, he
serves Arizona, New Mexico, and West Texas bank markets and is responsible for
providing retirement plan services to current and potential clients. Tom has extensive
experience in working with business owners and executive staff in evaluating plan design
and compliance, fund reviews, and overall plan structure. He holds FINRA Series 6 & 63
licenses.
