Join cheese maker Kim Spero, Cheeses from the Cave for an interactive and fun afternoon, experimenting and creating our own cheese and wine-pairings.  We'll start with 3 artisan cheeses, matched with 3 Ramona Ranch wines, using an array of fruits, vegetables, vinegar's, nuts, salts and fresh herbs to create that amazing bite.  Create both savory and sweet bites, and see how it influences the wine, using food to add texture and character to each bite.   No experience necessary, just an adventurous palate and a desire to have some fun; come join us.   Limited seating, and a discount for Cheese and Wine-Club members.
