What is Barre?
Barre (pronounced bar) is a full-body, muscle sculpting practice that
fuses elements of pilates and ballet. It incorporates your own body
weight and light hand weights alongside a ballet barre that is designed
to lengthen, strengthen, sculpt and tone your body using small movements
and isometric contractions to overload the muscle. Be prepared to
