Be greeted with a glass of Bubbles with a prepared appetizer. Chef Mia will discuss the history and importance of spices before reviewing ingredients and recipes you will be preparing. You will then be split in to smaller groups to prepare one of the three menu items Chef has created for you.

-Saffron grilled lambchops with an apricot and green olive tangine
-Candied pistachio ice cream sundae in phyllo dough
All students will receive a special gift from Chef Maya
