Over the past weeks, ABQid has been training researchers and scientists from Sandia National Labs on how to effectively pitch a business idea to a team of investor judges and a broader business community.On September 13, 2018, these workshops culminate in an exciting pitch event at Lobo Rainforest Collaboration Space in Albuquerque, NM. Sandia Labs Pitch Competition 2018 brings together researchers and scientists from Sandia National Laboratories with investors and the broader community to answer the question: Who at Sandia has the best high-tech business idea for commercialization or business formation? Sandia researchers and scientists will give high-tech pitches to an esteemed panel of judges, who will then decide which team has the best idea. The winning team will receive a prize package valued at $5,000 to help spur commercialization or business formation.
