Making Radio With KidsThat's What We Do! The Children's Hour is an internationally syndicated kids' public radio program produced in Albuquerque New Mexico by The Children’s Hour Inc., a non-profit organization that creates educational, entertaining, and engaging broadcast media that includes kids who participate in its creation. The Children’s Hour can be heard on public radio stations around the world, on more than 120 public radio stations. ** Our home public radio station is 89.9FM KUNM in Albuquerque and Santa Fe **** Tune in Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00am on your radio or at ChildrensHour.org ** Our program themes focus on four areas: STEM education, civics, cultural education, and performance.We produce and distribute high-quality children’s radio shows and podcasts, created through community involvement and immersion. Our crew of active volunteer kids who we call our “Kids Crew” lead our interviews, help plan for future shows, write our jokes, and give kids a voice in public radio.
