All tamales are made of Mexican heirloom corn and all are sold per dozen. -Pork in Chile Colorado is pork shoulder in a mild, savory, red sauce. Classic for tamales. -Chicken in salsa verde shredded chicken thighs stewed in our loved green salsa -Cheese with rajas is another traditional filling style with charred poblanos and pickled jalapeño and chihuahua cheese. Our masa contains pork lard rendered from chicharron confit We will begin pick-up on Sunday November 24th from 11:30am-9pm. Pick-up available in the back taproom on Monday 11/25 from 5-9pm, Tuesday 11/26 at the restaurant from 5-10pm and Wednesday 11/27 11:30am-10pm Location is: 1708 Campbell St. Kansas City, MO 64108 Back Taproom located on the Southside of building through the large open gate.
