Classic for tamales. -Chicken in salsa verde shredded chicken thighs stewed in our loved green salsa -Cheese with rajas is another traditional filling style with charred poblanos and pickled jalapeño and chihuahua cheese. Our masa contains pork lard rendered from chicharron confit We will begin pick-up on Friday December 20th to Sunday December 22nd from 11:30am-10pm and 9pm Sunday.
