Bonanza Theatre

Lightly dryhopped and conditioned for several months with our house culture, Bonanza Theatre is bright and slightly acidic with a medium body and dry finish. 6% ABV.

500 ml bottle. Brewed in May of 2018, this strong, dark, Belgian-style ale was fermented with our Buck/Rex yeast, aged in freshly dumped red wine barrels, then racked to brandy barrels. 12% ABV.

Praxis

500mL bottle After fermenting in a wine barrel with our house culture, this particular barrel was incredibly unique, so we bottled it on its own, without blending or the addition of fruit. Conditioned for another year in bottles before release. 5% ABV.
