Phil welcomes guests to a pot-luck meal at his private property in southern New Hampshire. There is a large clearing for sunbathing and cabins in case of inclement weather, one with a hot tub. Bring a towel, flip flops, and food to share, along with a lounge chair if you wish. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required. Shower at home first if you want to use the hot tub. Close the gate after you pass through coming and going. Check the weather in Derry before coming; don’t rely on the weather where you live. No pets; no politics; no fireworks — leave them at home.
