Scott M. Anderson, MS PE FACI

Keystone Concrete
Scott Anderson is an industry leader with over thirty years of experience in concrete construction. He is Vice President and General Manager of Keystone Structural Concrete, a Houston-based concrete contractor. Since 1999, he has overseen elevated formed concrete construction for the company, leading his team to complete over $1 billion in projects, totaling over 48 million square feet and 2.2 million cubic yards of concrete.
Anderson's portfolio includes residential towers, parking garages, institutional structures, office towers, and large, formed concrete structures. Anderson is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and safely, working closely with clients and design teams to achieve shared goals.
Anderson is Vice President of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and leads the Financial Advisory Committee for the institute. He will become President in the spring of 2026. He contributes to various ACI committees, including Concrete Constructability, Tolerances, and Concrete Construction Practices. Anderson led a recent effort to refine and expand ACI's strategic vision and goals.
A strong advocate for industry excellence, Anderson has been actively involved with the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) since 2003, serving as a director since 2007 and as President (2015-2016). He chaired the Education and Training Committee (2011-2014) which developed a training video detailing the basics of concrete finishing which is widely used by ASCC members. Currently, he is President of the ASCC Education, Research & Development Foundation.
Anderson holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The University at Buffalo and an MS in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, and he has been recognized as one of Concrete Construction magazine's 2018 "Most Influential People".

Terry joined Tellepsen in 2002, after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Through his career he has worked in or in close collaboration with every department within the business. This broad experience uniquely positions him with a deep understanding of the business from all angles. As Executive Vice President, Terry is responsible for setting the overarching strategic direction and day to day oversight of all aspects of the business.
Terry has been a part of Tellepsen’s executive leadership team since 2018. Over this time, he has shown an unwavering dedication to the continuous improvement of both the company and its employees.
