We’re excited to have your student join us for a high-level esports training experience. This week is built for players ready to elevate their skills, sharpen their strategies, and compete like true esports athletes. Whether they’re prepping for a MOSEF season, trying out for a team, or just looking to improve their competitive edge, this camp is the next step in their journey. 🏆 Camp Overview: Week 3 – MOSEF Competitive Mastery 📅 Camp Dates & Hours: Start Date: June 16th End Date: June 19th Camp Hours: 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM Location: Contender Esports O’Fallon 900 Caledonia Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63368 Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in: 3:45 PM Check-out: 6:30 PM 💥 Camp Description: In Week 3: MOSEF Competitive Mastery, high school players will work closely with coaches to level up their gameplay in MOSEF’s most competitive titles. The focus is on high-level play, deep strategy, team synergy, and competitive readiness. If your student is serious about esports—or wants to be—this is where they’ll start to train like a team. 🎮 MOSEF Title Focus: Explore top titles used in Missouri Scholastic Esports Federation competition. Learn core mechanics, roles, and how to prepare for organized matches. 🧠 Advanced Game Sense: Read the game, predict plays, make smart calls, and think ahead like a competitor. 👥 Team Communication & Roles: Improve communication, take on key team roles, and understand how to lead or support based on the game. 🏆 Competitive Simulation: Prepare for scrims, analyze VODs (video-on-demand), and compete in structured matches throughout the week. 📊 Camp Structure: Age Group: High School (Grades 9–12) Games Featured: Core MOSEF titles such as League of Legends, Valorant (T-rated), Rocket League, Overwatch 2, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate—selected based on age and group preferences. 🧑‍🏫 Coaching & Training: Players will work with experienced esports coaches and team leaders. Expect structured training blocks, breakdowns of competitive play, and individualized feedback. 🏆 Scrimmages & Match Play: Every session includes head-to-head scrims and scenario-based gameplay to reinforce strategies and foster team development. 🧳 What Your Student Will Need to Bring: 🖥️ Gaming Equipment – NONE. All hardware, peripherals, and software are provided on-site. 👚 Personal Items: Comfortable clothing for gaming Refillable water bottle (stay hydrated during match play) 📜 Camp Rules & Guidelines: 🤝 Respect & Professional Conduct: Students are expected to uphold good behavior, respect others, and treat all gear with care. 🎮 Game Ethics & Attitude: Sportsmanship, communication, and positive team play are mandatory—this is competitive, but community-first. 🧠 Focus & Balance: All activities are structured to help players grow, and breaks are built in for mental reset and team strategy discussions. 🚫 Code of Conduct: Bullying, toxicity, cheating, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from activities. This is a respectful, inclusive space. 📍 Important Notes for Parents: 🍽️ Snacks & Concessions: A full-service snack bar is available during breaks with drinks and light food options. 📲 Daily Progress & Updates: Parents will receive regular updates with highlights, feedback, and progress reports. Campers will also receive a strategy journal for notes, goals, and coach reflections. ⏰ Drop-off & Pick-up: Please drop off your student no earlier than 3:45 PM and ensure timely pickup at 6:30 PM. Students must be signed out by an approved guardian. 🖥️ Device Policy: All necessary gaming gear is provided. We suggest leaving personal devices at home unless previously discussed with staff.
