2024 Project Supervision Series

February 27th to March 28th – 5 – 7pm Tuesdays & Thursdays The Project Supervision Series is intended for both new and veteran craftworkers and field supervisors who direct other workers. A good supervisor provides leadership and improves efficiency which largely determines whether a project will be completed on time and within budget. This 20 hour course covers: Orientation To The Industry Human Relations & Problem Solving Safety Quality Control Contract & Construction Documents Document Control and Estimating Planning & Scheduling Resource Control & Cost Awareness
