2025 Leadership Acceleration Program

This 6-month program will be the catalyst that shifts your everyday perspective in the workplace and enhances your career. Tailored for early to mid-career professionals, each course teaches a different, valuable skill set that all leaders should learn. Guest Speakers Each leadership course is taught by a different leader, who will impart their own career path, life lessons, and wisdom on the class. Each participant will take the "Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment" prior to the program and this is tied into each lesson of the program. Networking Each 1-hour class is followed by a 30-minute breakout session where participants will have the opportunity to network with other participants. In addition, a special networking event has been planned for all participants on Monday, January 19th. Benefits Each participant receives a course certificate at the end of the program. There is a special graduation celebration, where participants may invite their company executives. Lastly, each participant gets paired with a mentor at the end of the 6 months to guide their journey as a leader
