Peter Taylor is the Director of the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center, and a Research Professor in the Dept of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at Iowa State University. He spends time helping agencies and contractors implement best practices in concrete pavement design, construction and maintenance. His research is focused on developing sustainable mixtures that are engineered to meet the requirements of the environment that will be used in, and developing test methods to prove that a mixture on site is going to survive. He is a Professional Engineer, registered in Illinois and active in a number of professional societies.

Anna Lannin began her career with the Nebraska Department of Aeronautics in 1995 as an entry-level engineer, focusing on upgrading the state's pavement management system and overseeing state grant projects. Over the years, she has witnessed and contributed to significant transformations, including the merger of Aeronautics with the Department of Roads to form the Nebraska Department of Transportation. As the Engineering Division Head, Anna now leads a dedicated team of engineers, airport inspectors, and airport service managers to enhance and sustain Nebraska's aviation system, ensuring safe and efficient operations across the state.

Gerard Moulzolf, P.G. is a Geologist and Principal Petrographer, as well as a Vice President of operations for American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET). He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in Geology and holds professional licensure in the states of Minnesota, North Carolina, and Florida. He is currently President of the International Concrete Repair Institute and is a past president of the former Iowa-Minnesota Chapter of ACI and the ACI-affiliated Minnesota Concrete Council. Gerard is a former director of ASTM C09 - Concrete and Aggregates and former secretary of C9.20 normal weight aggregates. His experience of over 33 years includes petrographic work in at least 12,000 concrete projects throughout the United States and numerous foreign countries.

Sarah Dalton is the Senior Director of Engineering and Construction at the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA), where she focuses on providing technical expertise and education in pavement design, specifications, and construction, with a primary goal of improving quality. Prior to her national role, Sarah dedicated five years to the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of ACPA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a graduate certificate in Pavement Engineering from the University of Illinois and is A registered professional engineer. Sarah began her career as a Quality Manager for a concrete paving contractor, bringing valuable field experience to her current position.

Dr. Jamilla Teixeira: Dr. Teixeira is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nebraska. Her research focuses on sustainable pavement materials, using multi-scale characterization and computational modeling to predict damage evolution in infrastructure systems. Dr. Teixeira plays an active role in national technical committees through her service on ASCE-Pavement Mechanics Committee, Advanced Materials and Mechanics of Pavements International Committee, and served in the TRB committees. She leads research projects funded by the Nebraska Department of Transportation, with close collaboration with industry and city administrators. She has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers, with her work cited more than 1,000 times, reflecting the growing impact and visibility of her contributions. Outside of academia, she enjoys sports and the outdoors, often found cheering for her teenage son on the soccer field or adventuring with her Girl Scout daughter.

Dr. George Morcous: Dr. Morcous is a professor of Construction Engineering at the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction at UNL since 2005. His current research interests include high performance and ultra-high-performance concrete, precast concrete systems and connections, and prestressed concrete. He has three patents and over 180 refereed publications. He is a leading member of several technical committees in the PCI, ACI, ASCE, and TRB, and a reviewer/editor of several scholar journals. During the last twenty years at UNL, he has been involved in numerous research projects related to concrete buildings and bridges.

He has provided technical training, research, and authored concrete pavement guidance documents for the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center at Iowa State University. He enjoys biking, fishing, and softball.
