Some of his former clients include BHI Energy, Meritor, Aunt Millie’s, SAF, and Axalta. Prior to consulting Steven worked in industry for 9 years in the Automotive industry. Steven has expertise in Energy Generation, Energy Grid Maintenance and Construction, Commercial & Light Vehicle Automotive, Glass, Automotive & Industrial Coatings, and Consumer Packaged Goods Steven’s industry experience brings a real-world perspective, understanding, and hands on approach to client engagements. He leverages his experience to navigate challenges alongside clients; minimizing risk and maximizing results.

Mr. Taelman is a Senior Manager in Performance Improvement and has 9 years of experience among multiple industries with a focus on improving supply chains. Mike has deep expertise in mapping processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and embedding those improvements into an organizations’ culture. Mike has delivered consistent results among 20+ clients and drives value to the P&L through driving down cost, recovering/capturing incremental margin, and increasing the efficiency of business processes. As a member of Crowe’s Performance Improvement team, Mr. Taelman has contributed to and managed multiple transformational projects with large teams across various industries, including; transportation, metals, automotive, industrial and commercial installation/maintenance, flooring, contract manufacturing, cosmetics, and medical devices. In addition to client activities, Mr. Taelman is passionate about training programs, supporting the development of AI usage and adoption, and coaching individuals to support their growth and achieving their professional goals.
