Jennifer is a native Texan, having grown up for most of her childhood in Arlington then Dallas as a young adult. Most of her family still lives in DFW apart from her brother, who also works for Enterprise in Alabama. She graduated from Lamar High School in Arlington and then attended University of Texas at Dallas, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Psychology & Sociology. Jennifer currently lives in Farmers Branch with her husband Greg, son Liam, who is 6 years old and 4 kitties. Jen & Greg just celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary in May 2026 and Liam is entering 1st grade at Trinity Christian Academy.

With more than 20 years of equipment finance and commercial banking experience, Andrea serves clients across Oklahoma, Arkansas and the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Since joining Commerce Bank in 2017, Andrea has become known for building trusted partnerships and delivering strategic financing solutions that support growth, preserve capital and strengthen long-term business success.

Joe LaPolla is Chief Financial Officer of Driver Pipeline based in Irving, a leader in pipeline, utility, and infrastructure construction in Texas for over 50 years. He has more than 15 years of finance and accounting leadership experience in the construction industry, including companies with large construction equipment fleets. Throughout his career, he has evaluated and managed equipment acquired through cash purchases, financing, leasing, and rentals. Joe is a CPA and a CCIFP.

Jerry Fuentes has practiced public accounting since 2015. He provides accounting and consulting services to midsize organizations and publicly traded companies. Jerry primarily serves clients in the technology and construction industries. He's experienced in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) compliance as well as US GAAP implementations, SEC reporting, and first-time audits of private companies.
