The New Mexico Society of Association Executives and Future Focused Education are proud to present The Workforce Development Summit: Collaborative Workforce Strategies. The success of every industry is closely linked by New Mexico’s ability to attract, educate, and train the current and future workforce. Whether the industry is healthcare, construction, banking, hospitality, oil and gas, agriculture, or any other industry the availability or lack of a skilled workforce significantly impacts the success of the industry and the success of individual companies throughout the state. At this event we will hear from the leadership of the New Mexico Workforce Solutions Department, New Mexico Public Education Department and the New Mexico Higher Education Department about their workforce development strategies and points of collaboration to work directly with industry across the state.
