As the leader of the local Construction Practice, a cornerstone of the firm, Rhett oversees the growth, marketing and technical advancement of the group. Beyond reporting, Rhett provides guidance on best practices for internal controls and job costing, including the often-complex area of indirect costs, ensuring his clients have the tools they need to succeed. Rhett is also an active member of CFMA and CICPAC; and serves on the Puget Sound Chapter of CFMA’s board of directors, is the chapter’s Membership Committee Chair, is an active member of CFMA’s National Executive Committee, National Membership Committee and Residential Construction Task force, and National Finance Committee, and is also a member of CICPAC’s Attest Thought Leadership Committee. Outside of work Rhett is an auto racing enthusiast, watersports enthusiast, below-average golfer, youth basketball coach, and father to two great kids and married out of his league.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), David is deeply committed to his profession. He is an active member of both the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Washington Society of CPAs, where he continues to stay at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Outside of work, David’s time is happily spent with his family. Whether he’s shuttling his kids to their many activities or cheering them on from the sidelines, he brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to his personal life as he does to his professional role.

As a core member of the CBIZ Seattle construction practice, Josh actively contributes to the profession through his involvement with the Puget Sound Chapter of the CFMA, the WSCPA, and the AICPA. He currently serves on the education committee for the Puget Sound Chapter of CFMA. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
