She is actively involved in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), serving on national and local committees, and contributes to her community through nonprofit and educational initiatives, including Texas Lutheran University and Communities in Schools. Shelley is a 2003 Texas Lutheran University graduate and holds certifications from the AICPA, TXCPA, and CFMA.
