HEATHER MULLIGAN | The Business Council of NYS Heather is the President and CEO of The Business Council of NYS, Inc., advocating for New York’s business comuunity. Heather has created a leading voice for businesses on ecomonic growth, corporate governance, tax policy, labor, manufacturing, campaign finance reform, value creation, and education, among other issues. She has a wide-ranging background within NYS government and has serves on numerous boards and committees.

MIKE ELMENDORF | Associated General Contractors of NYS Mike is the President and CEO of AGC NYS, New York’s leading construction industry association and also serves as the President of Rebuild NY Now, an organization that advocates for increased investment in transportation and environmental infrastructure. Mike has an extensive background in NYS both within the construction and business communities and is also an active community leader, serving on a number of local boards.
