Part of our mission is to support community organizations. The ASA-NM Community Outreach Taskforce has established a disaster relief plan to assist NM communities experiencing fires, flooding and other national or manmade disasters. In an effort to prepare, we will collect monetary donations ahead of time and purchase items of need depending on the needs of the evacuees, fire fighters and relief workers for specific situations. All donations go directly to those in need and we do not send anything to National Relief Organizations. *Funds donated to the Disaster Relief program will be used to purchase items of need for upcoming disasters and items purchased will be at the discretion of the taskforce. Purchases will be based on the need of the affected community and can include evacuees, fire fighters and relief workers.
