Trent Grimes has over 9 years of experience in Employee Benefits. Prior to joining USI in 2019, Trent consulted with businesses through different Professional Employer Organizations and gained insight into the functions of Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Payroll Taxes, Workers Compensation, and 401k/Retirement offerings. During his tenure in the PEO industry, his experiences took him from Field Consultant, to Internal Mentor, to Regional Sales Manager. From 2005 to 2015 Trent developed a strong background in business consulting across different industries working for the Cintas Corporation. While at Cintas Trent was recognized on multiple occasions for individual and leadership success, achieving President’s Club both as a Consultant and as a Market Sales Manager. Trent holds both an MBA degree (’05) and a BBA degree (’04) with a focus in Business Management and Marketing from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Trent and his wife, Danielle, are both originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and have lived in Dallas/Fort Worth since 2005. They currently reside in Haslet, Texas with their two children and three dogs. Trent also coaches football and basketball for his kid’s teams. He also enjoys Professional and College football and woodworking.
