Veteran sports broadcaster Jen Mueller meets these conversations head on because she has to in locker rooms during post-game interviews following a loss. She’ll pull back the curtain on the strategies she uses to make tough conversations easier and even expected. She’ll share techniques that set the stage for a productive exchange and explain how a different approach to feedback and accountability lessens the need for tough conversations.
