Greg Brown, CPA, CCIFP, is a partner in Crowe LLP’s Real Estate and Construction Services group with more than 20 years of experience advising construction companies across the United States. He specializes in assurance, profitability improvement, risk management, organizational governance, succession planning, restructuring advisory services, and operational best practices, with extensive experience serving A/E firms, general, specialty trade, and heavy/highway and civil contractors. Greg is a published author and frequent speaker on topics at national, regional, and local conferences for organizations including the CFMA and ASA. He has served in multiple leadership roles both locally and nationally within the CFMA and ASA and was recognized with DFW CFMA’s Bob Moulder Award in 2020 and the Executive of the Year Award in 2024. His goal is to get 100 individuals certified with their CCIFP and is halfway there leading sessions and study groups in both Texas and Florida.

Chris Massey is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor with Frost Wealth Management. He joined Frost in 2002 and brings more than 32 years of experience in the financial services industry. Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, as well as the Certified Wealth Strategist®, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® credentials.

John Reynal is the Founder and President of Encore Mechanical, LLC, a recognized market leader in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC technology. Under John's strategic direction, Encore has built a mechanical contractor and service company that is frequently chosen by real estate developers, general contractors, and peer mechanical firms that depend on Encore to execute in critical mission and in some of north Texas’s most iconic commercial and public properties. As an alumnus of both University of Florida and Texas A&M University, Encore has enjoyed being recognized 4 times in the Gator100 and Aggie100, celebrating the fastest growing Gator lead and Aggie lead businesses. John is most proud to share the construction industry with his wife Beverly Reynal, ASA North Texas – Executive Director, and his two daughters, Katherine Reynal, DXS – Sales, and Caroline Reynal, TDIndustries – Estimator.

Gary Roden is the VP of Design-Build Business Development for TDIndustries, a multi- state employee-owned company that provides design, mechanical contracting, and full life cycle facility services. In this role, Gary is responsible for the development of an enhanced design-build capability within TD including sales strategy and management. Prior to his role with TDIndustries, Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Early in his career, Gary helped Trane Air Conditioning develop a Controls, Automation, and Engineering Support Team in the North Texas market. After his time with Trane, Gary was President of Aguirre Roden, a North Texas company offering architecture, engineering, general contracting, and program management services to a wide variety of public and private clients. For over twenty years, Gary was instrumental in growing and managing this regional design and construction company. Gary has also been extremely active in his industry and community. He has been involved with the Associated Builders and Contractors in numerous roles, including serving as National Chairman. He has served on the Board of the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Gary has also served as a City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Coppell and on the Executive Committee for the Dallas Regional Mobility Coalition. He is also active in the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
