Andy Harris is an Austin-based trial attorney and Board Certified Construction Law specialist with Andrews Myers, P.C. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, owners, suppliers, and sureties in a broad range of construction matters, including contract and payment disputes, defect claims, liens, and bond issues across both private and public sectors. Andy also drafts and negotiates construction contracts and resolves disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His legal practice is informed by his prior experience managing construction projects in the field. Andy is the co-founder and board member of RBI Austin, a nonprofit serving youth in East Austin.
