Then, design and decorate to reflect your vibe. You will pipe on faux frosting and add charms, beads and more! No art skills required. What is "decoden"? It is a Japanese design style of covering surfaces with whipped paint and adding flat-backed objects like cabochons, charms, gems, pearls, and rhinestones.
