Attention Houseplant Lovers! A new expo is coming to Evansville! Join us for an amazing day of everything houseplants including aroids, air plants, cacti, succulents, and tropical foliage! What can you expect at the MTPE 2024? Speakers Workshops Exhibitor Hall & More! This event is hosted by Kiwi's Garden Center! Exhibitor Booth & Vendor Table Applications: Coming Soon! The perfect place for budding and experienced entrepreneurs and creatives to sell their plant related goods and supplies! Live plant sales are permitted with valid Nursery Reseller's License.
Workshops
Moss Art Workshop Enjoy making your own preserved moss wall art. We provide all the supplies & you bring your creativity! Workshop led by local artist Ken Oliver Kokedama Workshop Learn about the living art of Kokedama and build your own! We'll provide the plants and the materials needed to create your own beautiful Japanese Kokedama! Workshop led by TBD Terrarium Workshop Come build your own terrarium with us! We'll provide an array of plants to choose from, a glass terrarium and all the materials need to build your own unique terrarium! Workshop led by Kiwi's Garden Center
Industry Exhibitor Booth
Industry Exhibitor Applications: Coming Soon! Industry Exhibitor Booth comes with a 10' x 10' space, 1 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, and 2 General Admission tickets. Electric available for additional fee. A valid Nursery Dealer's License is required to vend houseplants.
Vendor Table
Vendor Table Applications: Coming Soon! Vendor tables include 1 8' table, 2 chairs, and 2 General Admission Tickets. Electric available for an additional fee. A valid Nursery Dealer License is required to vend houseplants.
Parking
Parking for Old National Events Plaza is free and located at the corner of Locust and 9th Streets. Our main parking lot offers 1100 spaces adjacent to the venue with ADA accessible parking located along 9th Street. Additionally, a few ADA accessible parking spots are located along Locust Street.
FAQ
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund? Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on tickets but you can transfer them to another guest! Should you require assistance transferring them to another guest please do not hesitate to reach out to our team! Can I buy tickets the day of the event? Yes! But if you wish to participate in any workshops we highly recommend pre-ordering your ticket & workshop reservations as Workshops will likely sell-out in advance! Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed at the Expo but trained Service Animals are welcome!
