The PXP Association is a Winnipeg-based non-profit organization deeply dedicated to the principle of Radical Inclusion. We exist to reclaim public space for marginalized communities by hosting high-quality, barrier-free cultural events. Recognizing that access to arts, culture, and community connection is often gated by financial and social barriers, our organization works tirelessly to ensure that everyone has a safe place to celebrate and belong. We know that creating these dedicated safe spaces is just the beginning, as this vital work ripples outward to help build a safer, more equitable society for all. Driven by a growing membership base and sustained by our strategic partnerships within the broader community ecosystem, the PXP Association operates with a unique level of financial resilience. This allows us to focus our energy on what truly matters: facilitating impactful social programming, organizing vibrant public festivals, and creating dedicated spaces for 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Indigenous, and newcomer communities.
