Austin Owles is a Senior Manager at Crowe LLP with over eight years of experience overseeing audits and providing consulting services to general contractors and specialty subcontractors. He brings a practical, hands-on perspective to helping construction industry clients strengthen their financial reporting practices and navigate the audit process with confidence.

Derek has more than a decade of providing accounting and audit services to a variety of construction companies. As a former project manager for a specialty contractor, he understands the information gaps between operations and accounting.

Dominque Gray, CPA, CCIFP is the Vice President of Finance for Austin Commercial. Dominque has over 23 years of comprehensive in accounting and auditing. Over the past 16 years with Austin, Dominque has managed and overseen financial operations, subcontract administration, accounts payable, and field accounting and has served in various leadership roles. He is also involved in accounting compliance, system implementations, and operational support. Prior to Austin, Dominque spent 6 years in public accounting audit practice. His audit clientele included midsize to large companies in the wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, service, real estate, and construction industries.

Kevin began in the construction industry in 2009. Today he leads Skiles Group’s accounting operation, including leading the annual audit. His experience managing General Contractors and Specialty Contractors has given him a strong foundation in the industry.
