Join us for this 56 hour Project Management Series. Every Friday from May 8th - June 26th from 8:00am - 3:00pm *Lunch will be provided each day for all attendees This Project Management course focuses on training construction project managers in essential skills like planning, cost control, quality control, safety, and leadership. The curriculum provides a comprehensive guide to managing a construction project from start to finish, covering topics from initial project planning and scheduling to managing resources, controlling costs, and ensuring quality and continuous improvement. This includes a focus on modern leadership styles and using technology to meet project goals.
