A sound bath is a therapeutic experience that utilises sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to promote relaxation and healing. No water required!! Attending a sound bath can be a unique and rejuvenating experience. What to bring: Its about creating your own 'personal comfort' space....This may include Yoga mat, blanket, pillows and eye mask/pillow. Please arrive no later than 5-10mins before start time.
