Here it is Monthly Sunday Sound Sessions!!!! Please join me Sunday 29th September at 10.30am for a Sound Bath.(No water required!) As Albert Einstein said: "Everything in Life is Vibration". So why not get your vibe on! A sound bath is about bathing in frequency and vibration. My instruments are perfect pitch and tuned to 432hz. My collection consists of 8 Quartz crystal singing bowls, 2 x Practitioners Challis and 38inch Paiste Planetary Earth Gong. How can a sound bath help me? A sound bath session can help reduce stress & anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation. Some physiological benefits can include pain reduction, better sleep, strengthening of the immune system and reducing heart rate, through slowing down breath, heart rate and blood pressure. Sound can have a powerful effect on our cardio-vascular, immune and nervous systems, not to mention our emotional and spiritual selves. There are many benefits to a sound bath. Sound and frequency permeates our body through nerve endings and our ears, creating a deep state of relaxation, slowing breath and heart rate which activates our parasympathetic nervous system. When in this state our body is in a rest and digest, like that of deep sleep. This promotes greater harmony and homeostasis which assists the body in regenerating. On a spiritual or energetic level the sound bath session can assist in recalibrating chakras, clear low vibe energy, clear energetic blocks and also allow you to connect to higher levels of consciousness.
