It’s a space where your child can enjoy their favorite games while learning about the importance of online safety and healthy gaming habits. Core Concepts for Parents: 🟩 Autonomy in game selection to foster decision-making and independence. 🟩 Education on online safety, including privacy settings and cyberbullying awareness. 🟩 Promotion of balanced gaming through time management and regular breaks. 🟩 Social skill enhancement and teamwork in a multiplayer setting. In this camp, gaming is more than just play; it’s a platform for learning life skills in a fun, engaging environment. Your child will enjoy the freedom of gaming choices in a safe, monitored setting, ensuring a well-rounded experience. 📍 Staff and Location ---------------------- 🛡️ All staff have undergone background checks for your child's safety. ❤️ Team members love the subject matter, games, equipment, and are eager to teach. 🕹️ Minimum 2 staff each day, scheduled around opening time for the best experience. 🖥️ Equipped with top-notch PCs and all gaming equipment. 🗺️ Located in central Fort Smith, easily accessible for the River Valley. 🏠 Address: 6205 Rogers Ave. Suite 4, Fort Smith, AR 72903 ⏰ Daily Schedule ---------------------- 🌞 Early Drop off: 🔴 7:15 am - 9 am 📋 Check-in: 🔴 9 am - 9:30 Settling into stations and reviewing rules. 🎒 Day: A mix of lessons, applied learning, socializing, gaming, and a lunch break. (Pack food or purchase food available) 📅 Precise schedule and in-depth learning goals provided via email after registration. 📋 Check-out: 🔴3 pm 🌜Extended Pick-up window 🔴 3pm - 5pm 📜 Policies ---------------------- 🌡️ Health: Children need to be free from fever (without medication) for 24 hours before coming. 📝 Registration: Sign up and pay in advance. Tardiness with lack of communication may result in removal from the program with no refund. 🧒 Age Requirements: Special cases such as siblings under 7 yrs old require approval from Program Director. 🧼 Hygiene and Safety ---------------------- ✨ All stations and equipment are cleaned every day. 🚽 Bathrooms, floors, and surfaces are kept clean and sanitized. 🕐 Camp staff accommodate stringent cleaning standards. 🚫 No sharing of personal items or gaming gear. Needed items are available. 💵 No handling of cash during camp day, cash purchases may be arranged during drop off or pick up and are subject to a $10 minimum.
