This Honduras Coffee initially starts with a nutty, milk chocolate presence. As it continues to cool, it evolves into a sweeter, more caramel flavor with mild floral notes. The bright elements come through toward the bottom of the cup after it completely cools down, where you'll experience hints of citrus and stone fruits. VM Roaster, David Certain, chose to roast this bean in a way that would bring out its diversity of flavors. "The notes are very subtle, you have to take time to appreciate them. The more time you take to be present with your coffee, the more you will enjoy it." The purchase of this coffee supports Coffee Kids, an organization that supports youth in small, rural communities in building modern, sustainable business practices in the coffee market.
