A Meet & Greet Featuring Elizabeth Acevedo

MahoganyBooks is excited to announce a Meet & Greet book signing featuring the New York Times Bestselling and award-winning writer Elizabeth Acevedo who will be signing her recently released YA Novel, With the Fire on High.

Described as a book that "transcends old tropes, letting us into the mind and heart of a teenager as she struggles with how to follow her dreams — and whether she should," the National Book Award winner has produced a "stunning sophomore novel."

Join us at MahoganyBooks, located inside of the Anacostia Arts Center, from 6PM to 7PM on May 24th to meet Elizabeth, a National Poetry Slam Champion and DC resident. We also encourage you bring out your teen reader to hangout with Ms. Acevedo.
