Your tickets

How to find a ticket you bought, and who to ask when something needs changing.

Finding a ticket you already bought

Your tickets were emailed to the address used at checkout, as a link that opens them directly — no account or password needed. Search that inbox for the event name, and check the spam folder.

If you cannot find the email, the organizer running the event can resend it to you — every event page lists a way to contact them.

Refunds, transfers and name changes

These are set by the organizer running the event, not by Addmi. Each event has its own policy, and the organizer is the only one who can approve a refund or move a ticket to somebody else.

Every event page lists its organizer, with a way to contact them. That is the fastest route — Addmi cannot override their decision on their event.

Getting in on the day

Open the ticket link on your phone and show the QR code at the door. It does not need to be printed, and it works without a signal once the page has loaded.

If you bought several tickets, each attendee has their own code — send each person their own link rather than sharing one.

What you were charged

The price shown on an event page is what you pay, fees included. Your receipt breaks out the ticket price and any fees the organizer passes on.

Charges appear on your statement under the organizer running the event, which is why the name may not say Addmi.
