During Animals, Rocks & Crystals week, campers use stone as a creative material for carving, cracking, arranging, and revealing what’s hidden inside. Campers carve soft stones such as soapstone, crack open geodes, uncover fossils, and grow crystals inside shells and eggshells. Creative projects include rock compositions that explore balance, texture, and pattern. Animal time remains part of the daily rhythm as campers notice how stone shapes the farm’s paths, edges, and animal spaces. This week is ideal for kids who enjoy hands-on making, discovery, and turning raw materials into something personal.
