About

Come join us for an inspirational afternoon at the KiMo Theatre that will ignite our collective passion for the City we Love! What makes cities lovable? What motivates ordinary people to do extraordinary things for their places? How are some cities using that energy to fill in the gaps that “official” city makers have left? Peter Kageyama is an internationally sought-after community development consultant and grassroots engagement strategist who speaks all over the world about bottom-up community development and the amazing people who are making change happen. Other speakers to include: Mayor Tim Keller, Hakim Bellamy, and New Mexico Community Capital members Henry Jake Foreman and Kalika Davis. Hosted bar and appetizers to follow and included in ticket price. Donation minimum $10. All ticket proceeds will benefit ABQ Artwalk. To register, visit: go.abqcf.org/abq
