CFMA Austin Jobsite Tour & Happy Hour – 1 Lady Bird Lake

Join CFMA Austin for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of 1 Lady Bird Lake, an exciting 686,000-square-foot mixed-use residential high-rise in downtown Austin! The development features 18 above-grade levels, 298 residential units, including 101 condominiums and 197 apartments, along with retail and amenity spaces.

Following the tour, enjoy a Happy Hour from 4–6 PM with fellow construction financial professionals. Can't make the tour? You're welcome to join us for Happy Hour only! The Happy Hour location will be announced at a later date.

Tour space is limited to 20 participants, so register early! Required PPE includes a safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, closed-toe shoes, and gloves. Please bring your own PPE if possible.
