Frequently asked questions
Does Addmi support reserved (assigned) seating?
Yes. Addmi includes reserved seating with interactive seating charts, so buyers select their exact seats at checkout. You can sell reserved and general-admission tickets in the same event.
How much does reserved seating cost on Addmi?
For organizers, reserved seating is part of Addmi event ticketing at the standard flat 3% per ticket, capped at $39 — no monthly fee and no seating-map surcharge on your side. Attendees pay a small $0.40 per-seat reserved-seating service fee at checkout, which covers the interactive seating chart.
Can I use reserved seating for galas with table seating?
Yes. You can lay out tables and seats for banquets and fundraising dinners, assign guests to tables, and print seat or table assignments on tickets.
Does the QR ticket show the seat assignment?
Yes. Each ticket carries its assigned section, row, and seat, and the seat shows on the QR check-in screen when staff scan the attendee in.
