Q: How does Addmi know who is a member?

Membership status lives on the same record that buys the ticket, so member pricing applies at checkout without anyone reconciling a roster. Lapsed members simply see the public price until they renew.

Q: Can members renew and buy a ticket in one go?

Yes. A lapsed member can renew at checkout and immediately get the member rate on the ticket they are buying.

Q: What does it cost us?

Memberships and invoicing are 2%, event tickets are a flat 3% capped at $39, and POS sales are 19¢ per transaction. There is no monthly fee and no contract.
